eng	The Use of Video Recording in Teacher Education: The Tutor´s Perspective	The presentation introduces the use of video recording as a reflective technique in the context of pre-graduate teacher education at the University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. The benefits of video recording for trainees have been widely reported in the literature, therefore, this time the perspective of a university-based teacher educator will be offered. The results of a recent small-scale research will provide insights into tutors´ subjective perceptions of the process. The presented issues will include namely challenges faced by the tutors in the preparation phase as well as in the course of the feedback session (e.g. making decisions about the agenda for the feedback session, considering what is feasible to achieve, prioritizing, communication strategies).	teacher education;reflection;video recording;tutor´s preparation for the feedback session
