Příspěvky se věnovaly tématům, jako jsou aristokratická moc a správa, výkon úřadů, dvorská kultura a reprezentace, hospodářské strategie, šlechtické sítě a patronát, diplomatická služba a využití šlechtických statků, korespondence a rodinných archivů jako historických pramenů. Prostřednictvím případových studií ze střední, jižní a východní Evropy konference sledovala jak dlouhodobé kontinuity, tak strukturální proměny aristokratických praktik a identit. eng	Three Centuries in the Heart of Europe: European Aristocracy in the Early Modern Period	The international doctoral conference Three Centuries in the Heart of Europe: European Aristocracy in the Early Modern Period, held on 2–3 October 2025 in Hradec Králové and Pardubice, was devoted to the study of European aristocracy from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries. The conference focused on the political, social, economic, cultural, ecclesiastical, and diplomatic roles of aristocratic elites in early modern Europe, with particular emphasis on the Habsburg Monarchy and its broader transregional connections. The presented papers addressed topics such as aristocratic power and governance, noble officeholding, court culture and representation, economic strategies, noble networks and patronage, diplomatic service, and the use of aristocratic estates, correspondence, and family archives as historical sources. Through a series of case studies from Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe, the conference examined both long-term continuities and structural transformations in aristocratic practices and identities. The conference contributed to a comparative and interdisciplinary discussion on the functioning of aristocratic societies in early modern Europe.
