eng	Semantic prototypes in German-speaking countries and in Czech Republic	Prototypes can be regarded as a typical representative of a category or a specific idea of ideal specimens characters in its category, as its typical representative. The prototype has a maximum similarity with other representatives of the same category, and minimum similarity with representatives of the contrast category. Between 2008 and 2010 was realized an extensive research on this subject in some countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, in which the respondents filled the table with 44 concepts and always determined by a maximum of 4 typical representatives of that category.
