cze	Dějiny a metody religionistického výzkumu ve střední a východní Evropě	Tato studie zkoumá přístupy, motivace, pozice a diskuse v religionistickém bádání ve střední a východní Evropě, zvláště České republice, Polsku a Ukrajině v jejich historické a především současné perspektivě. Úspěšné počátky rozvoje oboru od 20. letech 20. století nemohly pokračovat z důvodu politických okolností 2. světové války. Po té byla religionistika jako obor zakázaná komunistickým režimem z ideologických důvodů jako buržoazní věda a nahrazena vědeckým ateizmem marxizmu-leninizmu. Hlavní úkol religionistů v těchto zemích během obnovování demokracie v 90. letech 20. století sestával nejen z vymezení religionistiky vůči teologii, ale především v definování badatelského pole, teoretizace a aplikace metod bádání a také institucionalizace religionistiky jako oboru. Poslední dekáda je pak charakteristická velmi úzkou regionální spoluprací národních religionistik, spočívající zejména v organizování společných konferencí, přednášek a kooperace na vědeckých projektech a publikacích.	religionistika, dějiny humanitních věd, teologie, Česká republika, Polsko, Ukrajina
eng	History and Methods in the Study of Religions in Central and Eastern Europe	The paper explores the attitudes, motivations, positions and discussions in the Study of Religions in Central and Eastern European academia, especially in the Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine in their historical and especially in the contemporary perspective. The successful beginnings of the discipline from the 1920s could not continue due to the political circumstances of the Second World War. After WW II the study of religion was forbidden under the Communist regime because of bourgeois character and replacement of that approach by the scientific atheism of Marxism-Leninism. The basic task of the scholars interested in the study of religions during the re-establishment of democracy in the 1990s consisted not only in the separation of religious studies from theology, but especially in defining of its specific field for research, theorizing and analyzing of methods and in the institutionalization of the discipline. The last decade has been marked by a very close regional cooperation in national bases, concerns particularly with the organization of conferences, lectures, cooperation on research projects and publications.
