Scholars and PhD candidates from Czech and foreign universities met in Pardubice to present and share their research findings. In two main panels - Literature and Cultural Studies; Language Teaching/Learning and Linguistics - the participants discussed a wide range of topics, including issues and approaches related to genre, fiction, drama, the concept of wilderness, or popular culture; various aspects of learner discourse, EFL teaching, or discourse analysis.
