The applicant may prove his/her previous foreign education by submitting one of the following documents:
- Recognition of foreign secondary school or university education (Nostrification) – the applicant shall pay a fee of CZK 3 000
- Recognition of foreign education only for the purposes of the admission procedure (assessed at FF UPCE) – the applicant shall pay a fee of CZK 600
Documents required for assessment at the faculty
For bachelor’s degree applicants (Bc.):
- Form for recognition of foreign education as part of the admission procedure
- Officially certified copy of the leaving certificate and its supplement
- Confirmation of valid accreditation from a secondary school (the school must be authorised to provide secondary education and the provided education must be comparable to secondary education according to the Education Act)
- Confirmation from the relevant foreign secondary school that the graduate of the secondary education programme is entitled to apply for admission to study in a bachelor’s study programme in the said foreign country
- Translations of all documents into Czech or English with the stamp of a court translator = everything bound together
