eng	Food and Ethics in Culture and Religion: Historical, Social Scientific, and Philosophical Contexts	The international conference Food and Ethics in Culture and Religion: Historical, Social Scientific and Philosophical Contexts opened up questions of the ethicization of human nutrition in history and today. The preparation and consumption of food and their connection with social norms were discussed in a total of 15 registered conference contributions from the perspectives of religious studies, history, sociology, anthropology, but also philosophy and media studies.
