A specific role is played by turovites (bull, cow, ox and bison). Using the example of the historical development of the urb of the Lords of Pernštejn (a bison's head, which has a wreath of twisted rods threaded through its nostrils), the author explains the contemporary rules according to which individual heraldic figures were distinguished.
