eng The Non-Conceptuality of the Aesthetic Judgement and the Conceptual Art of Literature How are we to understand the non-conceptuality of the aesthetic judgement in relation to literature, an art which obviously makes use of concepts? In this paper, I describe what is meant by non-conceptuality in Kant’s aesthetics, and how this may still apply to experiences of literature, even though several kinds of conceptuality unavoidably play into our experiences of all arts, and not just the appreciation of written works.
