eng	Patocka, Kant, and the Question of the Great Meaning	The topic of the chapter is the dialogue of Jan Patočka with Kant's conception of the postulates of practical reason, which is contained in the essay "Around Masaryk's Philosophy of Religion". The aim of the chapter is, first, to present the basic features of Patočka's "philosophy of meaning" on the basis of the third of the Heretical Essays, and second, Patočka's critique of Kant's philosophy of postulates, which remains an influential answer to the question of the "great meaning".
