eng	New trends in research on the history of Habsburg imperial diplomacy (16th – 19th centuries)	At the seminar, there met doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers from Central Europe, who deal mainly with the history of Habsburg imperial diplomacy from about the middle of the 16th to the middle of the 19th century. The seminar was opened by an invited key note speaker with extensive experience in this field of research (prof. Karl Vocelka, University of Vienna), and subsequently doctoral students informed about their research and especially approaches to the history of diplomacy. There took part alltogether 15 participants with papers and they came from four countries (5 from Austria, 5 from Czechia, 3 from Germany and 2 from Hungary).	diplomacy; early modern times; seminar; Habsburg studies
