Among the buildings that have been associated with the new concept of social life of the castle elite and leisure time at Prague Castle since the 17th century, there was also a pheasantry, existing between 1606 and 1757. Archaeological research conducted in 2019 located part of the house where partridges were kept and part of an outdoor enclosure. We obtained some of its interior furnishings (ceramics, tiles, glass), which surprisingly did not differ from a normal residential building. The discovery of fragments of Chinese porcelain, which were not expected in this social environment, was significant.
