cze	Dítě a jeho rodiče v souvislosti s rozvodem	Příspěvek se zabývá rodičovstvím a jeho změnami v souvislosti s rozvodem. Ukazuje úzkou souvislost mezi rodičovstvím a partnerstvím. Po rozvodu se děti dostávají nejčastěji do péče matek. Postupně se začíná zdůrazňovat úloha obou rodičů, vzrůstá počet dětí ve střídavé nebo společné péči. Autorka upozorňuje na negativní důsledky rozvodu pro dítě i pro rodiče. Rodiče kvůli partnerským konfliktům zapomínají na své rodičovství a nejsou schopni vzájemné komunikace ve prospěch dítěte. Řešení vidí autorka v posílení podpory rodičům i dětem, zejména v rozšiřování interdisciplinární spolupráce mezi soudem, oddělením sociálně právní ochrany dětí, psychologem, advokáty a mediátorem v rámci tzv. cochemské praxe. eng	Child, parents and divorce	The paper deals with parenthood and its changes in connection with divorce. It shows a close link between parenting and partnership. Children are most often entrusted by the court to mothers. The role of both parents is gradually beginning to be emphasized, the number of children in alternating care of parents or the joint care of parents is increasing. The author draws attention to the negative consequences of divorce for parents and children. Parents forget about their parenthood because of their partner conflicts and are unable to communicate with each other for the benefit of the child. The author sees the solution in strengthening support for parents and children, especially in the expansion of interdisciplinary cooperation between the court, the department of social and legal protection of children, the psychologist, attorneys and the mediator within the so-called Cochemical Practice.
