ger	Kulturhauptstädte Europas: Graz 2003, Liverpool 2008, Plzeň 2015	Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Geschichte der Kulturhauptstädte Europas als Instrument des Gegengewichts zur wirtschaftlichten Verflechtung. Drei sehr verschiedene Kulturhauptstädte ( Graz 2003, Liverpool 2008, Plzeň 2015) werden mit ihren jeweiligen Konzepten vorgestellt. Im zweiten Schritt wird ein Lehrforschungsprojekt vorgestellt, das mit Kollegen und Studenten aus den Universitäten Pardubice und Usti nad Labem nach Plzen führte.
