cze Dospívání v Multikulturní Británii: Redefinice Identity, Tradice a Britství ve dvou současných románech Kapilola se věnuje otázkám tzv. nových etnických identit, nového definování toho, co utváří britskou národní identitu a rovněž otázkám hybridity a jejich vztahu k literárnímu žánru vývojového románu či Bildungsromanu.
