cze	Uchopitelnost hermetismu v religionistice	Cílem studie je posoudit možnost religionistiky jako oboru zkoumat téma hermetismu v situaci, kdy toto téma zůstává stále na pokraji odborného zájmu. Obrat k účastným přístupům je patrný v sekulární religionistice stejně jako na pracovištích, kde badatelé kooperují s teologií. Jde o posun od přístupu spíše deskriptivního a komparativního k informované empatii, od přístupu etického k přístupu emickému. Hermetismus nemusí mít vůči religionistice pozici objektu. Může mezi religionisty hermetiky dojít partnerskému kontaktu. Empatický přístup musí být korigován kritickou teorií, jíž reprezentuje Frankfurtská škola. Kritický přístup k náboženským tématům rerezentuje dílo Ericha Fromma. Aplikace kritické teorie je ilustrována na příkladech posouzení hermetických autorů Julia Evoly and Hakima Beye. Studie dochází k těmto výsledkům: Hermetismus je legitimním tématem religionistiky . Badatelská práce nemá být omezena na dokumentaci pramenů, na deskripci a komparaci. Religionisté mohou být v dialogu s hermetiky minulosti I současnosti. eng	Is Study of Religion able to grasp Hermeticism?	The aim of this treatise is to determine the possibility of Religious Studies as a discipline dealing with Hermeticism in a situation where it still stands on the edge of field of study interest. Participatory turn is apparent in secular study of religions as well as in institutions where religious studies cooperate with theology. There was a shift from an approach that considers only the description and comparison toward sympathetic methods, from an etic approach to emic one. Hermeticism may not be precisely the object for Religious Studies. It can be also in partnership with them. Empathetic approach, however, must be balanced by critical theory. Frankfurt School represents it. The critical approach is illustrated by the life work of Erich Fromm. Possibility of applying critical theory is illustrated with examples of Julius Evola and Hakim Bey. The main findings can be considered as follows: Hermeticism is a legitimate topic of Religious Studies. The research work need not be limited to documentation of sources, to description and comparison. Scholars in Religious Studies can be in dialogue with the Hermeticists past and present.
