The tensions around the concepts of “integration” of Czech Roma	The article presents the discussions that exist around the integration of Czech Roma and shows how they are connected to the European level. The integration is conceived as a concept of power, that is differently constructed by the romantic and enlightenment discourse. The article illustrates policies inspired by these discourses and shows how integration through “projects” is one of the reasons of failure of these policies.
