eng	Patricka Aidan Heelan - Idea of Hermeneutic Phenomenology and Quantum Logic in Philosophy of Science	The first part of the contribution is intended to acquaint a reader with a scientific life of the theoretical physicist and philosopher Patrick A. Heelan. Heelan spent his life-time dealing with the conform perception of natural and human sciences and was not satisfied with the new interpretations of quantum theory which did not solve the unresolved issues of its original foundations connected with philosophy either. The second part of the contribution introduces Heelan´s new approach to these issues among others within the philosophy of science in terms of quantum or contextual logic and Husserlian and Heideggerian standpoint.
