Studies and Life of Philipp Friedrich Breuner of Stübing (1606-1638) in stormy Times	The article deals with upbringing and education of Philipp Friedrich Breuner around 1620. He was of a Lutheran confession and he came from his grand tour shortly after 1620 back. Then he became a successful officer in the imperial army and his conversion to catholicism followed during 1630s. However, he died at the end of 1630s and without any children.
