eng	Religious affiliation in the Chrudim region in the mid-17th century	The aim of the following article is to acquaint the reader with the religious situation on the territory of the then Chrudim region in the mid-17th century. The essay is based on detailed analyses of a unique primary source – the Registry of Citizens According to Faith from the year 1651. Although the use of this source does not permit the description of religious affiliations in the region from the point of view of a qualitative definition of the identity of non-Catholics, it does offer a statistical overview of religious differences of the society of the time from a geographical and social point of view.
