eng	Towards Quality in Teaching	The presentation aims to introduce an instrument developed within the framework of a project Towards Quality in Teaching for teacher (self-)evaluation. The construction of the instrument conceptually draws upon previous attempts to design the Standard of Quality in the Teaching Profession in the Czech Republic as a pre-requisite for a “career ladder” for teachers.
