cze Země Koruny české a Svatá říše římská v raném novověku Tato studie je rozšířenou verzi referátu, předneseného na 47. sjezdu německých historiků. Jedná se o příspěvek do dlouhodobé diskuse, týkající se příslušnosti českých zemí k Svaté říši římské. Na základě konkrétních argumentů autor dokládá, že české země, které podle Zlaté buly Karla IV. z roku 1356 nepochybně tehdy tvořily součást Svaté říše římské, již nebyly začleněny do nově formované Svaté říše římské národa německého, ustavené na říšském sněmu ve Wormsu roku 1495. Nestaly se jí až do přelomu 17. a 18. století, kdy habsburská diplomacie začala usilovat o posílení svých pozic na říšském sněmu (členem kolegia kurfiřtů se stal král český až roku 1708). Autor konkrétními prameny dokládá, jak v letech 1477-1495 probíhal proces postupného vyčleňování českých zemí ze středověké říše. Čechy; dějiny; Svatá říše římská; raný novověk
eng Lands of the Bohemian Crown and the Holy Roman Empire in the early Modern Era This study is an extended version of the paper presented at the 47th conference of German historians in Dresden in October 2008. This was a contribution to a long-term discussion of the association of the Bohemian Crown with the Holy Roman Empire. On the grounds of factual argumentation, the author confirms that the Bohemian Lands, whose affiliation to the Holy Roman Empire was clearly declared by the Golden Bull of 1356 issued by Charles IV, King of Bohemia and Emperor, did not become a part of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation, which was formed later and which symbolically began at the Imperial Diet in Worms in 1495. It was not until the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, when the Habsburgs' diplomacy strove to enhance its influence among the Electors at the Imperial Diet (which was crowned with success in 1708). The author uses concrete sources to demonstrate the process of gradual detachment of the Bohemian Lands from the Holy Roman Empire in the period from 1477 to 1495.
