Co chybělo, byla právě literární díla, která by ukázala cestu k sobě navzájem a jež by nezamlčovala vzniklé těžkosti. Autor se pokouší na jednom vlastním literárním příspěvku vylíčit objevení bavorského souseda Chody z Domažlic. K tomuto účelu zvolil formu krátké prózy o rozsahu dvou stran. Tento druh textu(srov. eng	Good Neighbours - Bad Neighbours. The Neighbourhood as a Challenge for the German Studies	After the fall of the iron curtain, a new situation came up on the western border of the Czech Republic: The citizens could approach the border and claim their ownership thereof. Moreover, they encountered their western neighbours - the Germans (the Bavarians to be more concrete). The upcoming years have shown how problematic or difficult the development of this neighbourhood was going to be. What was missing was literature that would show how the nations could approach each other, and not to conceal the problems on both the Czech and the German part. The Author uses an own literary example to show the discovery of the German (Bavarian) neighbours through the Choden from Domažlice. To achieve this aim, he chooses the literary form of the so called short short story that is two pages long. Texts like these and longer texts (see the American short story) are due to their shortness very convenient for literature classes and for different literary competitions (together with poems).	border;neighbourhood;short short story;borderline literature
