Support for the academic staff's pedagogical work, the profiling, innovations and improvement of the bachelor's study program English Language (including combinations with other programs) will be achieved mainly by reorganization of the orientation course for freshmen. This course leads first-year students to get to know each other, to cooperate, to develop mutual trust and empathy. Managing new situations together develops a sense of belonging and promotes the development of a positive climate and group dynamics of the team. The quality of student teachers´ training will also be improved through increased contacts (visits) with the real environment of various types of schools.
