The aim of the project is supervised practice for students, when self-reflection and student?s self-esteem is important as a future worker in assisting professions. Supervised practice will support professional growth and plan further work progress, thereby increasing their professional competencies. In the concept of integration supervision of the Czech Institute for Supervision Supervision means a safe, kind and enriching experience. The supervisor should be a guide who helps the supervised individual, team, group or organization to perceive and reflect their own work and relationships, to find new solutions to problematic situations. For this reason, the investigators have decided to submit a project focusing on the innovation of subjects within the fields of Humanities and Resocialization Education, which are focused on practice. These are practically oriented the subjects: Application Intervention II, Application Intervention III, Practical Training, Continuous Practice.
