The non-profit sector is currently an important player operating in the field of social services. This is due to the increasing demand for these services. Legislative changes in the system of provision of social services affect their professionalism and quality. For this reason the project focused on innovation of subjects within the study fields of Humanities (HS) and Rehabilitative pedagogy (RESO), which are oriented on the issues of organization of the non-profit sector with an emphasis on social services. The main theme of the project is the issue of social services ? their organization and functioning in the system of social policy, management of social services, legislative system, financing, services provided and analysis of their effectiveness. Activities will contribute to the understanding of their functioning in the system of social policies and deepen concrete cooperation with the application sphere.
