Innovations of a study program The English Language - Specialization in Educational Sciences enhance the quality of university preparation of teachers, here the future teachers of the English language at primary schools. The quality of the study program will be improved mainly by organizing an orientation course for freshmen. In this course, the first-year students will get to know each other better, they will cooperate and develop mutual trust and empathy. Coping with new situations will develop their sense of belonging and promote the development of a positive climate and group dynamics in the class. The quality will also improve through increased contacts (visits) with the real environment of different types of schools.
