The project aims to create a modern base for the implementation of teaching in the newly accredited Croatian module of the study program Slavonic Studies of EU countries ? History. Attention is focused especially on the purchase of literature in three main areas of the national philology studies: 1) practical language textbooks, dictionaries, grammars, scientific literature to study the history of the Croatian language and contemporary language situation; 2) synthesis and compendiums of the history of Croatian literature (not only overview synthesis, but also monographs on specific phenomena of Croatian literary events); 3) compendiums for study of Croatian history and cultural-historical studies. In another plan, the project aims to harmonizing the teaching methods of Croatian philology with other modules of Slavonic studies, which are already realized at the University of Pardubice.
