The innovation of some parts of the program at the Institute of Historical Sciences should be realized in two modes: The first strategy tends to choose relevant texts for students and to prepare the textbook, that should help them with understanding and self-study. The seccond aim is to enable to the students to try out the practical fulfilment of the historical and linguistical knowledges (preparing the edition of the historical text, participating at the courses about the new possibilities in the librarianship, etc.)
